We currently ship exclusively within Europe, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
4. Processing Time
Orders typically process within 4 to 10 business days before shipping. Please be aware that shipments may go through customs and could incur additional tolls and taxes during transit between Asia and Europe. These potential charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Costs
As previously mentioned, we aim to take the burden of shipping expenses off our customers wherever possible. While you may encounter some additional customs costs, we cover the primary shipping fees.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the unfortunate event that your shipment is damaged or lost, we offer a free warranty on select products. You will receive the warranty details enclosed with your product to ensure peace of mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is in new condition.
