Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for every customer. Please read the following Return and Withdrawal Policy carefully regarding our water filtration and personal care products.

Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

In accordance with applicable Greek and European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• Any protective seal, where applicable, must remain intact and unopened.
• Proof of purchase or the order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Used water filters.
• Opened or used replacement membranes.
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the provided instructions.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Once the issue has been verified:

• We will provide either a replacement product or a full refund.
• All return and reshipping costs will be covered by Eteon Filtration.

Return Procedure

To request a return:

1. Contact our customer support team first.
2. Provide your order number.
3. Describe the issue and, where applicable, include photographs.
4. You will receive detailed return instructions.

Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days using the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

• In cases of withdrawal from purchase, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• In cases involving defective or incorrect products, all return costs will be fully covered by Eteon Filtration.

Additional Information

• Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights provided under applicable Greek and European Union legislation.
